May require access to personal data, as regulated by the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.admin.ch\/opc\/fr\/classified-compilation\/20071012\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Federal Law<\/a><\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.admin.ch\/opc\/fr\/classified-compilation\/20133212\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ordinance<\/a><\/em> on Epidemics (LEp).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #01799f;\">SPSP Private Portal<\/span><\/strong>: Users from SPSP registered groups\/partners can access and browse all the non-sensitive data on SPSP, as soon as it is submitted by any group\/partner. The portal notably allows users to save smart queries that are automatically updated when new data arrives, and to visualize data (see the <a href=\"https:\/\/c29ugbqilr.preview.infomaniak.website\/documentation\/data-users\/private-portal-user-guide\/\">Private Portal documentation<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESEARCH:<\/strong>\u00a0serve as a repository of structured, standardized and well-annotated data that can be used to answer specific research questions. May require access to personal data, as regulated by the\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.admin.ch\/opc\/en\/classified-compilation\/20061313\/201401010000\/810.30.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Human Research Act<\/a><\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.admin.ch\/opc\/en\/classified-compilation\/20121177\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ordinance on Human Research<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #01799f;\">SPSP Public Portal<\/span><\/strong>: As soon as genomic data have been submitted to public international archives (e.g. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insdc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INSDC<\/a>), data also becomes available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/spsp.sib.swiss\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SPSP Public Portal<\/a> for anyone to browse and access the metadata catalogue. This allows researchers to easily find additional sensitive metadata that might be accessible upon request (see the <a href=\"https:\/\/c29ugbqilr.preview.infomaniak.website\/documentation\/data-users\/public-portal\/public-portal-user-guide\/\">Public Portal documentation<\/a>).
