SPSP is the national pathogen genomic platform that supports pathogen surveillance programmes in Switzerland, offering real-time monitoring of outbreaks and circulating strains. The platform collects and analyses pathogen data <\/span>to <\/span>help <\/span>reduce socio-economic burden of infectious diseases and to protect well-being from a OneHealth perspective, i.e. recognizing the interconnection between human, animal, and environmental systems.<\/span><\/p>\n
