Help & Support Menu Guide

Click on the interrogation button at the bottom left to access the Help and Support menu.

Use this menu to access resources and support options:

• Public Portal: This link opens the SPSP Public Portal.
• Docs: Access the official SPSP documentation.
• Report a Bug: Found an issue? Use this option to report bugs directly to the development team. This helps improve system stability and usability.
  
• Submit Feedback: Share your thoughts, suggestions, or user experience. Your input helps shape future updates. You can add suggestions and vote on suggestions made by others. We will keep you updated on the status of your suggestions.

• Full Changelog: View the complete list of feature updates, improvements, and bug fixes. Stay informed on what’s new or changed in the system.
  
• Contact Us: Reach out directly to the support or admin team. Ideal for inquiries not covered by docs or bug reports.
