SPSP Private Portal

The SPSP Private Portal displays unpublished data. It notably allows users to browse and visualize data, save queries that are automatically updated when new data comes in, and monitor outbreaks.

Key objectives

  • Find and access pathogen genomic data and their contextual metadata as soon as they are deposited and processed by SPSP.
  • Monitor outbreaks and other trends of interest (e.g. related to antimicrobial resistance), thanks to smart queries and automatic notifications.
  • Visualize and analyse data with interactive dashboards.
  • Allow data owners to share data with collegues pre-publication.

Data availability

The private portal currently provides access to clinical samples.

Datasets are organized into Instances, focusing on one pathogen or a group of them, accessible via an interactive dashboard.

Access and Authentication

The SPSP Private Portal is only available to members of registered groups and partners. Please review our governance and contact us if you are interested in accessing the SPSP Private Portal. Login requires a valid SWITCH eduID account.
