User settings
Settings
Manager all your personal settings as well as your Group members from the Settings panel. Click on the Instance button at the top-left (e.g. Bacteria) and select Settings.
From there, you will be able to set up your Preferences, Profile, Groups you belong to and Notifications preferences.
Preferences
Select your preferred instance upon login, and the color theme of the SPSP Private Portal.
Profile
See your personal details. This is also where you may request for your account to be permanently deleted.
Groups
See the groups you belong to. This is also where you can request to join a new Group.
Notifications preferences
Select if you wish to receive notifications via the SPSP Public Portal (Web) and/or Email.
Note: some notifications are always sent by email, independent of the preferred notification mode (e.g. notification of export links).
Manage your Groups
If you are a Group Head, you can manage your members by selecting your Group. Under Actions, you will be able to approve requests for joining your Group, or to delete a member, e.g. when they leave your Group.
